Teca takes its inspiration from world-renowned establishments- Three-Star Michelin restaurants, Georges Blanc and Troisgros in Burgundy, France as well as Locanda Cipriani in Venice, Italy, where Chef Angus has worked. Chef Angus has added his own interpretation to his classic European training and imports more than 90% of Teca’s ingredients chilled from overseas to create his dishes. His menus change with each season.
