The Soca valley, along with its tributary valleys and rivers is an area that has been settled by humans since ancient times, as confirmed by numerous archeological sites (Divje babe, Most na Soci, Tolmin, Kobarid, Bovec…).
An important piece in the puzzle of the history of fishing was filled by local prehistoric findings from beneath Kozlov Rob in Tolmin

It was founded in January 1996 by few flying comrades who are still the engine of club's life. Many region pilots joined our crew and now we count more than 30 souls. We organise paratrips to interesting flying areas every year. Last Summer (2004) we spent great time in Kobarid and Tolmin. We joined Slovenian nationals in Sicevo (Serbia) and in October we visited Makarska (Croatia).
