Brian started his career in the restaurant industry in 1987 as a dishwasher at Marty's restaurant. Working there 8 years, moved through various positions like Line cook, cashier, bartender, manager, and General Manager (2 yrs) Brian then left Marty's in 1995 as general manager to work for a much larger company, Lone Star as a restaurant manager and within a year was promoted to General Manager. Over time, Brian was promoted to Vice President of the company which also included Taco Bell and Sizzler. In 2002, Brian purchased Lone Star from the original owners.

Jeff's restaurant offers a Beach Breakfast Special that will start your day on a high note that energizes and empowers! Appetizers on the menu includes Jeff's popular Chicken Wings, Fish & Chicken Kelaguen, Fried Lumpia, and Deep Fried Shrimp. Jeff's also serves a selection of U.S. Choice Steaks and your choice of Grilled or Fried Fresh Local Fish (check out the Catch of the Day on the menu). Sandwiches at Jeff's are among the island's best, with Grilled Fish and Deep Fried Fish Sandwiches served with Jeffs own cocktail or tartar sauces. Many local's prefer finadine, a zesty dipping sauce. Jeff's Famous Homemade Cheeseburger is a half pound of lean ground beef served on a fresh bun or sourdough bread---and is finger-licking good! Other burgers and special All-American hot dogs round out Jeff's sandwich offerings.
